Music… it makes my soul leap up inside of me. It makes my heart stir from sleep, makes my dreams waken inside me and press against the walls of my heart, pleading to be released. They rise up in my throat, and pulse through my fingertips. They spread out upon the air, words from my fingers and my mouth, the voice of my heart. Music, when you are sharing it with others, when you are opening up your heart and your vision, is a blessing that seems beyond the feeble grasp of words.
He does things, just when we need them, brings us wisdom and grace, and simple, poignant reminders, that we needn't be in control, that he has all of our lives safe within his mighty hands.
We spent a special evening at the Come Together Coffeehouse and Trading Company in Canton. The room, smelling pleasantly of wooden floors and coffee, was full of people, and crowded with music, the rhythm of the chords pressing its way between the people, filling up their hearts, and ours. So many hearts were stirred, and we came away full of the Joy of the Lord.
He does things, just when we need them, brings us wisdom and grace, and simple, poignant reminders, that we needn't be in control, that he has all of our lives safe within his mighty hands.
We want to say a big, wonderful "Thank you" to the folks at Come Together, to our special friends, the McClellans, who helped us make the connection, and to everyone who attended, to listen, and to encourage. You guys are amazing!
And to all our new fans, WELCOME! We are thrilled to share our music with you. Check our upcoming concert dates, HERE... and visit our Flickr page to see more photos of the band. Did you hear the new song, Interfere? Check it out on the sidebar. And hey! We want to hear your thoughts! Leave us a comment here, or visit our facebook page.
Joyfully,
Emma

I have loved every new song as they have appeared on your blog and spent hours listening to your music - I can't wait to buy your CD! I hope everything goes well for your band; it's absolutely great.
Yeah I think Interfere is listenable. And by "listenable", I mean that I think it's the best song I've ever heard live :)! Lord willing I will see y'all April 30th.
